Ginest\u00e1 ten\u00eda 17 a\u00f1os cuando el fot\u00f3grafo Juan Guzm\u00e1n la inmortaliz\u00f3 en una de esas im\u00e1genes que, varias d\u00e9cadas despu\u00e9s, se convertir\u00edan en un s\u00edmbolo de la contienda y que forman parte del Archivo Hist\u00f3rico de Efe. De Marina Ginest\u00e1 nunca m\u00e1s se volvi\u00f3 a saber. Hasta que el empe\u00f1o de un documentalista de Efe, Julio Garc\u00eda Bilbao, permiti\u00f3 hallarla en Par\u00eds y que rememora aquel instante con una lucidez extraordinaria a sus 89 a\u00f1os.
